Debuting with Salman Khan is like a Dream: Sonakshi

Any girl can be expected to be more than willing to give her tooth and nail (okay, not literally though) to be launched opposite Salman Khan. However, Sonakshi Sinha is an exception. For someone, who has seen the world of glamour up, close and personal, courtesy the illustrious background that she comes from, Sonakshi wasn't a starry eyed teenager who was waiting for her big break. Films were incidental and even when a project like DABANGG came her way, Sonakshi wasn't overtly awed by the fact that she would be paired opposite Salman Khan.

"Just the fact that Salman was starring in the film didn't influence my decision to do DABANGG", says the confident girl who has managed to make a quick first impression if the promos seen so far are any indication, "Of course, he was a major incentive. Which girl won't want to make a debut with him? But then DABANGG is a complete package and it wasn't just the presence of Salman that made me say yes to the film."

Continuing to talk about the 'package', Sonakshi adds, "The director really mattered a lot to me, more so because it was my first film, and Abhinav Kashyap is someone who came across as a very intelligent and a talented man. Moreover, Arbaaz was turning producer and I knew that he would go all out to make the film visible. The results are there to be seen."

Well, if the buzz is to be believed, the girl is right for sure. Tomorrow is going to be a big day for sure!
