Guzaarish will target local audiences

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's (SLB's) upcoming film GUZAARISH has been through a few changes of late. According to latest reports, SLB and his team felt that too much of English in the film might actually reduce its reach, especially in the domestic market.

Now, we hear that certain portions of the film have been re-dubbed in Hindi to make it more suited for the local audiences.

It seems SLB doesn't want to take any chances with GUZAARISH. The example of KITES, which had a predominantly English flavour and suffered a setback, is a glaring example that the local audiences prefer films with lesser English.
