Mallika Sherawat's voice for Hisss Soundtrack

Famed Beatle legend John Lennon's birthday was commemorated in more ways than one in India this year. Google India and other Google sites modified it's homepage with a sketch of the singer/songwriter as well as a special button which when clicked led to the sounds of his timeless track, 'Imagine'.

Elsewhere in India, was the release of HISSS star Mallika Sherawat's collaboration with Julian Lennon, son of the Beatle, on a song called 'Sway' for the HISSS film soundtrack. Early reports were correct in their assessment of the Bollywood bombshell's sexy, breathy singing style similar to 60's bombshell Brigitte Bardot's musical collaborations with French pop star Serge Gainsbourg, and the video for 'Sway', directed by Indian wunderkind Yogesh Dixit premiered to much acclaim for its inventive visual style. A cursory search on Miss Sherawat's Twitter account reveals much fanfare from her followers about the new track for which she sings for the first time. Will Miss Sherawat take this parallel career further now that she's gotten a "thumbs up" from her fans? Just "imagine"!
